Online training with Fortius elite personal trainers

Since 2018 Fortius Dubai has ventured into online training. We knew that to change as many lives as possible; we had to expand our services from personal training to online training.

Our clients would go through a detailed assessment with our elite trainers, after which they would get a personalized workout program curated to meet their needs and adjusted to the available tools. In addition to the workout program, clients would also get a customized nutrition plan calculated into the gram to meet their needs and take them towards their fitness goal!

Body transformation program with Fortius

Body Transformations by Fortius

Our body transformation program is our signature service! We are slowly establishing ourselves as the leading body transformation company in UAE!

Our body transformation programs are mostly 8,12,16 weeks but can be altered to fit the time frame you want to achieve your fitness results! We are known for a no BS approach, so we will tell you whether your goals are unrealistic during your assessment!

Our signature transformation program is available both in-person and online, depending on your preference, location, and budget!

Our requirements from you to be able to join our transformation blueprint are:

  • you need to be able to commit to a minimum of 4 weekly workouts

  • you need to have some training experience in case you are opting for the online option

  • you need to follow a guided meal plan in which you will track your calories and macros (Fortius will provide you with the education, tools, and meal plan to make this process as simple as possible)

If you can manage the criteria above, nothing prevents you from going through this transformation process with Fortius!

Fortius signature fully guided workout programs

Our signature guided programs are an excellent option for those people who:

  • want to train on their own time

  • want to exercise in the comfort of their home or the gym of their choice

  • do not want to spend a fortune but still want to get fit

These programs are very flexible and can be done anywhere if you have access to space at home, the gym, or essential equipment like dumbbells.

Shaper (signature female workout routine)

Shaper is a program dedicated to women that want to tone and get fit! This program focuses on building your gluts but does not leave any muscle untouched and helps you also improve your cardiovascular health!

The Shaper program is created by coach Andjela Tanasic, a former bikini competitor and professional volleyball player! All you need with this program is a pair of booty bands, and you are good to go!

Hero Bodyweight Program

Hero Bodyweight Program is our signature bodyweight program carefully curated by our Head Coach! The aim is to turn you into an overall athletic person who can do squats and pushups with ease and perform high jumps and other explosive movements!

As the name says for this program, you do not need any other tools than your own body, a towel, and a bottle of water!

Hero Program (hypertrophy & strength training program)

Hero Program is another signature program by our Head Coach. This program aims to make you more toned and chiseled and give you that model physique! This program incorporates both bodyweight and dumbell exercises that focus predominantly on hypertrophy (muscle building). Unlike the Hero Bodyweight Program, you will need a pair of dumbells in the Hero Program.

Nutrition Coaching by Fortius

People often genuinely want to stick to their fitness journey and adopt a healthy lifestyle. However, the nutritional aspect is where they usually keep failing. Strength training, for example, is a pretty straightforward thing. You learn how to execute the exercises safely and progressively increase the load over time. Milos Tanasic

Milos is a weight loss expert who has helped people get into the best shape of their lives in the past 10 years.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Sports Science from Subotica, Serbia where he specialized in football and sports conditioning.

Before he became a personal trainer and weight loss specialist he was a professional football player. Throughout his career, he played for clubs in Serbia, Norway, and Iceland.

Milos is also happily married to his wife, Leonie, and he is a father to Sofija and Matija.
