Nick researched online to find a company that could help him with weight training and provide sound nutritional advice. He was impressed with our website and submitted a web application for a free consultation.
We discussed his current body fat levels, nutritional habits, previous training experience, and goals during the consultation. After this stage, we created a 12-week plan and presented a proposal, and that's how Nick's journey with Fortius Dubai began.

As a part of the onboarding process, 1st step is to help our clients set attainable goals based on their current training experience, health status, number of weekly hours they can devote to their journey, and the time frame in which they want to reach their goals. A crucial part of that is establishing targets in terms of caloric intake and macronutrient intake, which is the amounts of proteins, carbs, and fats they will have in their diet. Nick did not want to prep his food alone, so we calculated his requirements and set him up with a meal prep company, Fuel Up, by Kcal, who was responsible for meal delivery.
Regarding training, Nick started working out with one of our youngest yet most skilled and experienced body transformation coaches. Coach Aleks is a body transformation specialist with certification from NASM and over 4 years of experience in the industry. Nick and Aleks were doing a 3 session a week routine, which consisted of the following split: Day 1 - push/pull, Day 2 - full legs, Day 3 - shoulders & arms.

I only want to lose fat in specific body parts; can you focus on that?
Unfortunately, spot reduction (losing fat from specific areas) is not how the human body works. When you're in a calorie deficit, you'll lose fat overall, but you cannot manually manipulate which part of your body loses fat first. Your genetics largely determines this.
What kind of meal plans do you create for your clients?
We create calorie-counted meal plans with a specific macronutrient breakdown based on your objectives and personal preferences. This means we adjust the carbohydrates, fats, and protein amounts to suit your needs and lifestyle. Based on our data, clients who commit to working with a meal prep company or prepping their food are more likely to see better results than those who eat intuitively.
What is the maximum muscle I can put on in 12 weeks?
The amount of muscle you can gain in 12 weeks varies depending on several factors, including your training experience, genetics, nutrition, and consistency. If you're a beginner who trains hard 3 times per week, ensures adequate protein intake, and maintains a slight calorie surplus, you could build 1-1.5kg of lean muscle per month.
