Resistance Training Basics That Work!
Ali's personalized training program consisted of upper/lower body splits, with a 2x weekly focus on the upper body and once a week on the lower body. This was strategically designed to complement his increased daily cardio and step count, which frequently exceeded 10,000 steps.

Yes, we offer customized nutrition plans tailored to your specific needs. We can also connect you with a meal prep company that delivers meals to your location.
Does your 12-week body transformation program include a gym membership?
Gym membership is paid separately and depends on your preferred gym. We work with multiple gyms across Dubai, and our central location is Train Strength and Fitness in Al Quoz.
Does your program include high-intensity interval training (HIIT)?
HIIT is introduced in a limited manner only if your personal trainer determines it will benefit your fitness journey and help you reach your goals faster.
Can I lose 15 kilograms in 12 weeks?
Weight loss requires a calorie deficit. Depending on your size, body composition, and activity level, we can assess and provide a realistic weight loss goal for 12 weeks. We've had clients lose 10-18 kilograms in 12 weeks.
