Yes, we have one in addition to our mixed gym. |In the private gym, your will have complete privacy during your training sessions.

How long is your personal training session?

Our gym training and home training lessons are 60 minutes long. However, that is not always sufficient for you to achieve your goals, in which case the trainer will give you further instructions on which exercise routine to do on your own.

How much muscle gain can I achieve in one month?

Scientifically you can put on between 100 grams and 500 grams of muscle per month depending on a few factors:

  1. previous training experience

  2. number of weekly sessions

  3. your ability to stick to your meal plan

  4. your ability to recover from training
