Our dear client Arshiya came to us back in 2016 when our personal trainers organized group sessions in Skydive Park, Dubai. The group sessions combined strength, conditioning, coordination, and flexibility drills.

Arshiya showed an outstanding effort but could not get her desired results. She was consistent and kept coming despite not being able to lose weight! At some point, she even had weight gain while still exercising! However, this did not discourage her, and she sought further help from an endocrinologist and decided to opt for one-on-one training with our female fitness coaches!

That's when coach Andjela Tanasic decided to work more closely with Arshiya, helped her with one-on-one personal training sessions, and curated a personalized weight loss plan. During the initial consultation, we got critical information like her background, eating habits, preferences, and eating schedule. We advised Arshiya to stop ordering food and to prep her meals. We recommended she avoid all processed foods and gave her recommendations on how much protein to consume. We designed a program to prioritize muscle building and improve cardiovascular health. In terms of training, we went from the high-intensity classes to a more hypertrophy-oriented program and added extra steady-state cardio. We knew that Arshiya would not need to exercise more than 3-4 hours a week with her new meal plan and still manage to lose weight!

Once we dialed in the nutrition and training, Arshiya started to burn fat, build muscle, and saw a significant reduction in weight in a matter of weeks. Arshiya managed to drop 8 kilograms in under three months without excessive training and a strict diet. We are proud of her and admire that she never gave up on her goals and achieved a fantastic body transformation!
