Marie Jose carries one of the most inspiring transformation stories. When she contacted us back in 2019s, she wanted to "tone her body"; however, she mentioned she had recently had a "small" accident.
Her story was that she fell off a horse, bruised her ribs, and broke her collarbone, where they had to implant a metal part for her upper body to be functional. Her doctor told her that she wouldn't be able to lift her arm or go back to horse riding ever again. However Marie never even thought about giving up, she read quite a bit about strength training and decided to reach out certified personal trainer.

Every movement was painful, and she felt fragile. Day by day, With a specialized training program which included (which included resistance training with resistance bands and weight and stretching), we managed to increase her strength while improving her shoulder's range of motion. She was also able to extend her arm fully. Marie J. was back to horse riding within just one month of training.
