4 Week Hero Bodyweight Program

The 4 Week Hero Bodyweight Program is ideal for training at home without any equipment. It focuses on improving muscle mass through resistance-based exercises and exercises that will enhance your endurance and cardiovascular health. It is not a custom program, and it is suitable for intermediate and advanced trainees. This program is excellent if you can do at least five bodyweight pushups. Common questions and answers

Does your online personal training include detailed instruction on exercise execution, and does it have a prescribed rep range?

Yes, each workout program comes with exercise videos. Each exercise video has a voice-over with detailed instructions and written instructions on how to perform the exercise correctly and what are the required rep ranges and intensity of execution. We use RPE (rate of perceived exertion) when giving instructions on intensity, which we will explain in detail in your initial consultation.

Do you work with people with a medical history or injuries?

Yes, we work with people with a medical history and injuries. Our only requirement is to have an approval letter or email from your doctor providing you with a green light to exercise!
